Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Returns must be back to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of the date received. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF for any reason should there be a 3 day grace period upon approval if item was received after the 10 days, a 30% restock fee will be applied.

All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Exchanges are offered for the same dollar amount of the items that are returned. Purchaser responsible for shipping charges on all returns.

Merchandise will ONLY be accepted in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free, and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping.

Sale items and accessories (all jewelry, belts, wildrags, hats, smell good items, bags, keychains, hair accessories, wallets, and bodysuits) are FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. All shoes are accepted for SIZE exchanged only (excluding shoes on sale).

We will not offer refunds for shoes.

If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded for store credit only.

Big Country’s Western Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can better assist you.
